Cloud Nine Farm is a full service facility. When training at Cloud Nine you are required to have your horse on full board and full training. Our services include grooming, cleaning stalls, feeding, turning out, arranging for vet/farrier appointments, tacking up, riding and or teaching students. Board also covers the cost of hay, bedding and grain. Each horse will get the neccessary type and quantity of hay and grain based on his needs. With the full training Stevie will ride horse up to 6 times per week and/or teach student on horse up to 3 times per week. First month's board is due at the start of the boarding agreement. There are a limited number of stalls available because our focus is quality not quantity!
Full Board- $650/month
Full Training- $450/month
Supplies- $15/horse/month
Medications, Farrier and Veterinary care are all at cost.
Horse Show rates are $60/horse/day
Share of trainers/grooms hotels at shows, extra stalls, hay, bedding and grain at show is split up between number of horses at the show.

Cloud Nine Farm also caters to outside clients that can either trailer in for lessons or Stevie can give lessons at another facility. We can also provide help and assistance at competitions with riding and/or training students.
Lessons- no time limit- $60
Schooling or showing by Stevie- $40
Supervision at show- $50 per day/ per horse

Cloud Nine charges a 10% commission fee for purchasing/selling and leasing a horse with a $500 minimum.
